All customers are billed one month in advance for services. To ensure a better delivery of invoices, the company asks all customers to provide an email address that is added to their account with Macrowaste. However invoices will be available at the request of any customers.
Customers with late payments for 60 days, will have their services automatically suspended until all arrears are cleared. Additional charges will be applied if the account remains inactive for 20 days from the date of suspension.
Closer to you! All Macrowaste customers have a unique account number where all of their operations and transactions are linked. To find where this number is on your invoice click here. You can make a payment at any branches of BDM-sa with the name of the customer and their Macrowaste account number.
